All students participate in the Bundesjugendspiele: While younger students do sack-races and hurdle jumps older students compete in sprints and long jump. There will an all-school relay race with teams of students of mixed ages, teachers and parents and a European barbecue to celebrate.READ MORE

The Class of 2016 celebrated their graduation from the GISB! There was great music, tasty food, good company and a great atmosphere! The graduates busted out their dance moves and parents and teachers joined right in.
The GISB Flea is a giant yard sale; families, faculty and friends of the school sell crafts or gently-used items – a great place to find treasures. Make sure to stop by the marvelous "cake bazaar" for a slice of traditional German cake.

Students in Grades 5-10 presented an array of current science projects. Parents enjoyed a cup of coffee and were wowed by dynamic demonstrations. From chemical experiments to the lotus-effect and life of the bee, our students presented their wide ranging scientific skills. Eureka!
