While COVID restrictions are currently preventing us from offering in-person visits and school tours we are always happy to schedule a video call to tell you about our programs and all the opportunities GISB has to offer.

Meet our Admissions Team
Marion Goodwin is our Director of Admission & Enrollment. She is German and has lived in the US for more than 20 years. Her background is in education management, and she also has experience in preschool and international exchange programming. She has been with GISB since 2014. Marion will be happy to answer questions, arrange a private school tour, set up a student visit, and assist during the admission & enrollment process. Susanne Friedman is in charge of our International Student Program (ISP). Originally from Germany, Susanne has lived in the Boston area for over 25 years. Prior to that she has also lived in Brazil, Saudi Arabia and Oman. She has worked extensively with other exchange programs in the Boston area and looks forward to supporting all ISP participants. Admission Process & Timelines
- Step 1 – Submit an inquiry form & schedule a call.
- Step 2 – Complete the online application. There is a non-refundable $50 fee per application.
- Step 3 – Set up a “Schnuppertag,” or visit day, for your student (due to COVID-19 this is not possible at the moment)
Our School must follow Massachusetts regulations for certain health requirements. Please review the following school and state policies to ensure that your child is able to attend school. You will need to work with your pediatrician to complete forms carefully and completely. All forms can be found here (under GISB Health Information).

* Enrollment Agreements and Deposits submitted after February 15 (returning students) or March 15 (new students) will be subject to a $200 administrative fee per student. Please note that spots cannot be held until both the Enrollment Agreement and Deposit have been received.
